Now This is Cool! New Deep-Diving Record Set by Local Florida Submarine
Florida Submarine Company Triton Breaks World Record for the Deepest Dive Ever
Multiple historic dives were made this month by Victor Vescovo and his team. The Five Deeps Expedition conquered the deepest point on planet Earth: Challenger Deep within the Mariana Trench.
Better yet, they set a new deep-diving record and they did it in a local Florida submarine - the DSV Limiting Factor (Triton 36000/2 model submersible).
Fun fact, the world’s deepest diving, currently operational submarine was built in Sebastian, Florida!
