You Can't Live on Candy and Beer Alone

If you've known me for five minutes, you know how much I love candy and craft beer. Spoiler alert: it's a lot. 
I loudly gasp when someone tells me they haven't tried my favorite candies. I can be seen browsing the holiday candy clearance aisles in the weeks after Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's get the idea.
I know all the best places to drink a craft beer in my neighborhood and beyond. I can identify the subtle nuances in each sip.
But a gal can't live on candy and beer alone, chums.
I'd like to think I'm a well-rounded eater. Some of my staples include quinoa, cauliflower rice, lean proteins: all of the things one would incorporate into a healthy diet. Lately, I'm finding myself in a rut. This is where you come in. Can you suggest some recipes for me to try? They can be snacks, lunch, or dinner. I will literally try anything edible once. Yes, you read that right. So tell me what fuels you. What is your go-to protein packed afternoon pick me up? What do you cook on a weekday night when you're pressed for time, and you don't want to be tempted to order delivery?
