Deerfield Beach divers set world record for underwater beach cleanup

Deerfield Beach, Florida is in the Guinness Book of World Records for all the right reasons!

633 divers gathered at Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier to cleanup the ocean floor, setting a new World Record. Organizers saw people come from as far as Illinois to participate. Even Guinness adjudicator Michael Empric flew in from New York City to do the official head count.
