In an Entrepreneur article, several company founders shared which songs keep them motivated on the job. They elaborated on a handful of the songs, explaining why those were particularly motivating.

For example, on “High Tide or Low Tide,” Stephan Jacob—co-founder of Cotopaxi—shared, "This song makes a nod to the roller coaster ride that is entrepreneurship. It is chill and reflects on why we do what we do, and reminds us that there is more to life than the business you are building."

“Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” motivates SmartGift co-founder Monika Kochhar to “go all out and just keep at it.” She continues, “The robotic vocal performance kind of transports me into the future in which anything is possible.”

And on “Adventure of a Lifetime,” Roomi founder Ajay Yadav explained, “I listen to this for an upbeat motivational mood. There is a lot of hustle and stress as a founder, so sometimes amidst that struggle, it is just nice to be reminded that everything is ultimately achievable -- 'Everything you want is a dream away.'”
